multi-pane security insulating glass with an intruder detection function

ertex sicuralarm is multi-pane security insulating glass with an intruder detection
function. The alarm loop (which is sabotage-proof in the space between the panes
and stable in a fuse-sealed ESG alarm output unit) is tested and approved with VdS
approval no. G102055.

The advantages at a glance:

Tested and certified in accordance with stringent VdS guidelines

  • Compatibility with all commercial-standard alarm systems
  • The latest and most secure type of glass surface monitoring
  • Overall, reliable alarm triggering at the attack site
  • Extremely effective alarm triggering
  • No false alarms
  • High impact and shock resistance (dual security)
  • Unhindered ease of cleaning due to the alarm loop discreetly inserted in the intermediate space between the insulation glass panes
  • Format-independent standard electrical resistance across all serially switched glass elements
  • Simple assembly by means of a plug-in system
  • Excellent value for money

Definition:

Intruder detection systems (IDS) should preferably be
designed so that intrusions or attempted intrusions are
identified and detected as early as possible. To this end, mechanical and electronic security devices must be coordinated such that they take into account the
expected (police, security guard) intervention time, and
the ability of the intervention forces to reach your location as soon as possible following an alarm before the intruder has disabled the security devices.

Thus, the time to alarm triggering ratio and mechanical security system survival time are of optimal significance in terms of security.

This means: The earlier the alarm is triggered, the greater the chance that the intrusion will be hindered, or stopped. Glass break detectors are fitted to the glass surfaces on the sides of the room, meaning that an alarm is triggered during or after the glass surface has been penetrated.

ertex sicuralarm is positioned on the side of the attack, and reports
this immediately – thus, before the penetration attempt.
